It's not sad when you know the reality of what is happening. Our team is doing everything they can to ensure we get the best possible contract. the other districts have settled for much less than we as legacy BellSouth are used to. I commend our team for being in Atlanta away from their families for 4 seasons out of this year fighting for our futures and ways of life. The company is to blame for the attrocities of what is happening. Many times they don't even show to the table in hopes of breaking our team's will, but rest assured they will not break as they have our best interests at heart.
The writing is on the wall that a massive layoff is soon to come. The workers are no being trained on new things to do. I wish people would wake up and get their resumes together before its to late.
